All prices are shown in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display our products and their colours accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen displays colours exactly. Our jewellery is fashion jewellery made from plated alloy unless stated otherwise; it is not solid gold or sterling silver.
Where a compare-at price is shown, it refers to our own previous or regular list price for that item, not a competitor's price.
4. Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers or resellers, orders with suspected fraudulent activity, or orders where a product has been listed at an incorrect price. If we cancel your order we will refund you in full.
5. Shipping and delivery
Delivery estimates are published on our Shipping Policy page. Estimates are not guarantees; risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier, but we will always help resolve lost or delayed parcels.

Returns are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.
