Ordering

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order within the United States. There is no minimum spend and no extra charge added at checkout.

How long will my order take?
Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days. Standard delivery to the United States then takes 12 to 20 business days. Every order ships with tracking and you will get a tracking link by email as soon as it leaves our supplier's facility.

Why does delivery take that long?
Our jewellery ships directly from our manufacturing partner rather than from a local warehouse. That is what lets us offer free shipping and keep the price where it is. We would rather tell you clearly up front than surprise you after checkout.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email support@orivexaus.store as soon as possible. If the order has not been sent to fulfilment yet we will change or cancel it. Once it has shipped you will need to use our returns process instead.

The product

What is the necklace made of?
A polished alloy base with gold-tone or silver-tone plating. It is fashion jewellery, not solid gold or sterling silver, and it is priced accordingly.

How long is the chain?
Approximately 45 cm (17.7 in) with an extender, so it can be worn as a choker or at collarbone length.

Will it tarnish?
Plated jewellery will wear over time, especially with water, perfume and sweat. Put it on last, take it off before showering or the gym, wipe it with a soft dry cloth after wearing, and store it flat in a pouch. Treated that way it keeps its shine for a long time.

Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
It is a plated alloy. If you have a known metal allergy or react to costume jewellery, this piece may not be right for you.

Returns and refunds

What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn and in their original condition. Email us with your order number and we will send instructions.

My item arrived damaged or wrong.
Email support@orivexaus.store within 30 days with a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement or a full refund, and you will not pay return shipping.

When will I get my refund?
Within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the returned item, back to your original payment method.

Payment and privacy

Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Shopify over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your card details.
