Order processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 5pm EST, at weekends or on a holiday begin processing the next business day.

Delivery times

Standard delivery within the United States takes 12 to 20 business days after processing. Total time from order to doorstep is therefore usually 13 to 23 business days.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, customs clearance and carrier backlogs can add time. We will always tell you honestly if we can see a delay.

Why delivery takes this long

Our jewellery ships directly from our manufacturing partner rather than from a domestic warehouse. This keeps our prices low and cuts out several layers of markup. The trade-off is a longer transit time, and we would rather state it clearly before you buy than surprise you afterwards.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on all orders within the United States. There is no minimum spend and no hidden charges added at checkout.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Tracking

Every order is sent with tracking. As soon as your parcel leaves the facility you will receive an email with a tracking link. Tracking can take 3 to 5 business days to show its first scan — this is normal and does not mean anything is wrong.

Wrong or incomplete addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to sender because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery at your cost, or issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, or the parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived, email support@orivexaus.store. We will investigate with the carrier and either resend your order or refund you in full.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped within the United States are not subject to import duties. Should any charge arise, we will cover it.
