Enter the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email to see where your parcel is.

Tracking can take 3 to 5 business days to show its first scan after your order ships. That is normal and does not mean anything has gone wrong.

Cannot find your tracking number, or has tracking not updated for more than 10 business days? Email support@orivexaus.store with your order number and we will chase it up for you.
